Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with the military or government, including contract support to military commands.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Joint or Navy operations in support of Echelon III or higher headquarters staff.
• 10+ years of experience with Navy or Joint Operational Planning.
• 10+ years of experience conducting operational analysis to identify gaps in force capabilities or developing vulnerability and gap assessments.
• Knowledge of the Joint Planning and Execution Process, Operational Design, and Joint Exercise Life Cycle process.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, draft, wargame, and manage contingency plans for Navy clients.
• Identify force and capability gaps and analyze operational response options.
• Ensure plans align with higher headquarters direction and mission objectives.
• Support Joint and Navy operations at Fleet and Combatant Commands.
• Lead or contribute to operational planning teams as required.
