Qualifications

• 20+ years of naval analysis or related experience.
• Experience working with flag/SES leadership on major initiatives.
• TOP SECRET clearance and ability to maintain it.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory support to senior Navy and Joint clients on acquisition, requirements, and roadmap development.
• Explain technical, operational, and programmatic elements of undersea warfare to DoD leadership.
• Develop unclassified and classified products such as white papers, briefings, and reports.
