Job summary
Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an experienced program analyst to support the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Undersea. A day in the life will vary, providing direct management support to PAE Undersea and leading SPA team elements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or related field is required.
- 7+ years in engineering or technical program analysis.
- Experience with Navy operations or staff.
- Experience with Pentagon stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in SharePoint and MS Office for data analysis and decision briefs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct program management support to the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Undersea.
- Lead SPA team elements supporting PAE Undersea.
- Conduct technical research and develop mitigation plans.
- Prepare executive-ready briefings for senior leaders.
