Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Program Analyst focused on Navy acquisitions to support undersea and submarine system programs. The role requires extensive experience with Navy programs, leadership, and strong communication with government customers.
The successful candidate will provide program expertise to PMs, collaborate with NAVSEA PEOs, and help manage documentation and acquisition milestones, while leveraging a DoD Secret clearance and MS Office proficiency.

The Undersea Technology Portfolio, within SPA's Sea, Land & Air Division, conducts rigorous analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions, plans and strategies to deliver emerging technologies and warfighting capabilities. SPA supports clients across the undersea, naval special warfare and expeditionary warfare enterprises, including resourcing, requirements, acquisition and science and technology.
SPA has a future need for a Program Analyst with experience on Navy acquisitions programs and submarine combat systems.
Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Salary range in Virginia: $115,000 – $160,000 per year. Compensation and benefits are commensurate with experience, qualifications and market.
