Job summary

Pratt Industries seeks a National Sourcing professional to support all US locations by securing and negotiating raw materials and consumed goods. You will lead RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, develop national contracts and drive cost reductions across the plants.

The role requires strong project management, analytical skills and experience with SAP/ERP systems, plus the ability to work across multiple sites to achieve the lowest total cost.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, analytical & detail-oriented abilities.
• Strategic procurement and supplier negotiation experience.
• AdvancedMicrosoft Office skills for cost analysis and indices tracking.

Responsibilities

• Project Analysis – gather, organize, analyze and verify sourcing project details.
• Analyze cost scenarios, savings and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Lead national RFIs, RFPs and RFQs; develop and manage national contracts.
• Negotiate pricing with national suppliers and monitor indices.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and category management.
• Coordinate with US plants and suppliers to ensure lowest total cost.
• Monitor site purchases for process and contract compliance.
• Guide material master utilization and procurement guidelines.
