• Expert knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of financial management, budgeting, accounting, or auditing.
• Superior ability to analyze large and complex national level programs.
• Ability to develop and render authoritative interpretations of executive orders, OMB guidelines and directives.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, justify, administer, analyze, forecast, and monitor budget/financial information.
• Conduct budget/financial data analysis and assess financial conditions.
• Provide advice to customers based on financial analysis and operation requirements.
• Develop consensus recommendations and implement budgetary policies.
• Lead broad-based teams regarding key IC financial management issues.
