You will lead cross-functional teams, align customer expectations with project plans, and manage budgets, timelines, and risk across multi-geography accounts.

Qualifications

• BS or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or PM or a related field.
• 10+ years progressively responsible experience in project management and/or coordination.
• Experience managing National/Global/Strategic Accounts.
• Proven delivery of professional services such as consulting or system implementation.
• Strong leadership, independent work style, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs for regional financial, strategic financial, Fortune 1000, global accounts and enterprise customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Field Support to align account plans and performance metrics.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within the Securitas Technology framework.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines; resolve issues and risks.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and develop best practices, processes, and support procedures.
