Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Technology and Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Bloomington, MN to lead project delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets across multiple security systems projects. You will manage all lifecycle phases from initiation to close, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years in a security industry related position.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated successful history of Project Management leadership including leading multiple simultaneous projects for a minimum of two years.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using appropriate methods.
• Develop planning documents: project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, schedules.
• Create sub-plans: communications, quality assurance, resource, procurement, deployment.
• Manage project change requests and re-plan as needed.
• Set expectations with resource managers regarding allocation and performance.
• Ensure QA/QC mechanisms are in place and followed.
• Execute project closeout activities and handover to operations.
