Job summary

Mini-Circuits seeks a Project Manager for North American Operations to lead complex manufacturing and operational initiatives. You will drive projects end-to-end, coordinating across engineering, production, supply chain and quality assurance while reporting progress to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma and PMP-style governance, with a salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 and a focus on efficiency, risk management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in management, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for 1 major initiative or several minor ones.
• Define project purpose, scope, objectives, budget, timeline, and ROI.
• Develop detailed plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure delivery meets quality, coverage, and risk standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to assign resources.
• Prepare weekly reports for management and senior leadership.
