Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a Director, Controller for North and Central America to lead accounting and ledgers for the Beverage Packaging segment. You will ensure timely closes, US GAAP reporting, and strong internal controls while partnering with finance, operations, and functional leaders.

The role emphasizes technical accounting expertise, strategic business partnering, and the ability to influence financial processes across the division. Onsite in Westminster, CO with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Administration Business Discipline.
• CPA/ACA qualified preferred; audit background.
• MBA, CMA preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting function for Beverage Packaging North and Central America to ensure true and accurate results.
• Lead US GAAP reporting and sign off on division reporting for compliance.
• Oversee SOX program and internal controls within the division.
• Collaborate with Global COE leadership to standardize systems and processes.
• Partner with VP Finance and operations to drive business decisions and improvements.
