Rye Harrison Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Multisite Practice Manager to oversee both Rye and Rye Brook locations. The role leads veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations and sustained growth.

You will manage personnel, scheduling, and inventory while driving performance, client satisfaction, and staff development across two clinics. A strong operations mindset and experience in a veterinary setting are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, or medical practice setting preferred.
• Experience leading multi-location teams and coordinating hospital operations.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to balance business goals with staff development and client care.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations at Rye Harrison locations with support from other managers.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to drive growth and improve client experience.
• Manage personnel, scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties necessary to run the practice.
• Coach and mentor staff, promote continuous improvement, and balance business needs with team wellbeing.
