Job summary

You will evaluate loan documents, analyze collateral and Sponsor performance, lead progress analyses, and report to senior stakeholders while collaborating with Servicers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Multifamily or Commercial Real Estate experience, preferably in Asset Management or Underwriting.
• Experience reviewing loan agreements, Servicer reporting, and property financials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate Sponsor and Servicer risk mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio’s vision and strategic objectives.
• Evaluate, document, and communicate risk for Watchlist loans while complying with governance requirements.
• Engage with Servicers and internal stakeholders to obtain information for collateral and Sponsor analysis.
• Understand Sponsor and Servicer risk management strategies and assess their effectiveness.
• Lead portfolio progress analysis, implement changes, and report performance to senior stakeholders.
• Provide actionable feedback to Servicers and internal teams.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
