Job summary

Minimum 2 years of Multifamily/CRE experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced Excel are required; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Multifamily or Commercial Real Estate experience.
• Experience performing financial and trend analysis and reporting findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; advanced Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of the Multifamily book of business.
• Review and monitor Multifamily portfolio activities and trends.
• Perform ongoing file reviews to identify and evaluate the risks to Multifamily of portfolio management activities and business decisions.
• Document and present findings and/or conclusions of analysis to key stakeholders and senior management in a thoughtful and persuasive manner.
• Build strong relationships across Multifamily and the Enterprise.
• Partner with Multifamily and other stakeholders to carry out business strategies that will drive success and ensure safety and soundness in the face of shifting market conditions and regulations.
