Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Phoenix-based Property Manager to lead the property team across leasing and maintenance, drive occupancy, and protect resident satisfaction. You will apply Fair Housing knowledge and ensure compliance with applicable laws while managing budgets and reporting to executives.

The role requires relocation flexibility within the network, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent service. Monday–Friday core hours with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure timely work orders and turns.
• Improve occupancy and resident retention.
• Develop quarterly strategies for market conditions.
• Approve and monitor budgets for ROI.
• Report key risks and opportunities to executives.
• Host resident engagement events and uphold S2 values.
• Represent S2 and uphold corporate reputation.
