Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a full-time Leasing Marketing Manager to oversee on-site leasing, advertising, and sales activities across a community. You will lead the leasing team, drive occupancy and revenue, and implement marketing plans to attract prospective residents.

You will analyze market data, manage pricing and concessions, and collaborate with maintenance and property management to ensure a strong, market-ready product and superior resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience directing marketing, advertising and sales to hit leasing goals.
• Ability to manage on-site leasing teams and drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of pricing, concessions and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing team members, and resources to meet revenue, occupancy, and retention goals.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive leases.
• Provide oversight of on-site traffic, pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives to boost leases.
• Ensure the physical aspects of the community meet standards and merchandise apartments effectively.
• Lead leasing process from prospecting to move-in per policies and procedures.
• Analyze reports to identify issues impacting leasing performance and present strategies to management.
• Oversee lease renewals and manage communications around renewals and move-outs.
• Supervise leasing team members through hiring, training, and performance management.
