Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Marketing, Leasing and Sales leader to direct the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, and leasing activities to meet revenue, occupancy and resident retention goals. You will oversee the leasing team, manage pricing, incentives, and advertising to boost traffic and leases.

You’ll stay informed about market conditions, develop short- and long-term marketing plans, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure property standards.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease docs and complete move-ins.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and leases.
• Reviews financial and operational reports to identify issues affecting leasing performance and presents results.
