Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. You will oversee the leasing team, manage traffic, qualify prospects, and ensure ready units meet market standards to maximize leases.

You will develop pricing, concessions and advertising strategies, coordinate with maintenance for property appearance, and supervise the leasing process through move-ins.

• Oversees on-site traffic and inventory of ready apartments, sets pricing and concessions.
• Develops print and internet advertising strategies and uses the property management software to generate reports.
