Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a senior leasing and marketing leader to drive revenue and occupancy across an on-site residential community. You will direct marketing, advertising, sales activities and the leasing team to maximize leases, traffic and conversions.

You will analyze market conditions, implement pricing strategies and oversee renewal programs, while coordinating with maintenance and property operations to present a market-ready community for prospective residents.

Qualifications

• Experience directing marketing, advertising and sales at a residential property.
• Ability to set pricing, concessions and monitor leasing performance.
• Experience leading leasing teams and managing customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community marketing, print and internet advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Direct leasing process, monitor traffic, qualify prospects and prepare lease documentation.
• Monitor day-to-day leasing activities and ensure ready units meet market standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep community appearance and safety up to standard.
• Analyze reports to identify issues affecting leasing performance and present findings to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewal program and manage communications with residents.
