KOCO-TV, Hearst Television’s ABC affiliate in Oklahoma City, is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue with multi‑platform advertising solutions for local businesses. You will develop data‑driven marketing strategies, present compelling proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results across TV, digital, streaming, and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in media, digital, or related fields.
• Proven success in new business development.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage client relationships and pipeline.
• Experience using data, analytics, or AI tools to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling integrated TV, digital, and multi-platform advertising solutions.
• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage and grow an active book of business through ongoing client engagement.
• Develop strategic, data-informed marketing solutions using audience insights, CRM systems, and AI-enabled tools.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that align with client objectives.
• Negotiate pricing and maximize revenue across accounts.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
