Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in St. Louis area is seeking a Production Planner to manage materials POs, delivery tracking, and production scheduling based on demand while maintaining safety stock and plant efficiency.

You will create stock transfers (STOs) for products shipped but not produced in the facility, and collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize performance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of SAP experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• MRP—learn Refresco MRP and best practices.
• Line scheduling and production sequencing.
• Material ordering—BOM/master data management.
• Lead time—understand impact on scheduling.
• Production attainment—understand run rates and line capacity.
• Optimal DOS—days of supply targets.
• Safety stock—adhere to system stock levels.
• BOM/Master data—maintain accuracy.
• New product launches—assist with ACE and training docs.
• Operations collaboration—work with plant counterparts.
• STO's and LT—manage transfers and timing.
• Production planning escalation—build relationships with stakeholders.
• Reporting—compile basic data for reporting.
