Job summary

BD, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in El Paso, TX, to execute end-to-end production planning in SAP PPDS and ensure schedules are achievable and materials available.

You will support the Master Scheduler, monitor capacity, and apply Lean thinking to improve planning accuracy and throughput. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in production planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning with end-to-end focus.
• Strong understanding of ERP planning logic and data.
• Experience with SAP PPDS and MRP in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and manage planned and production orders in SAP PPDS.
• Translate demand plan into executable factory schedules.
• Maintain schedule stability amid exceptions and changes.
• Drive schedule adherence and service level performance.
