You will engage with C-level stakeholders, drive governance, and stay ahead of emerging technologies to create lasting business value for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
• 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects; director level adds 2–5 years people management.
• Strong design skills in data, integration, and security architecture.
• Excellent presentation and communication, including to C-level audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology.
• Agile methodology fluency and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and Salesforce platform expert to high-profile enterprise clients.
• Architect multi-cloud solutions across application, data, integration, and security domains.
• Lead cross-functional teams of architects and developers; for Director level, manage teams.
• Facilitate executive workshops and governance; manage partner/customer negotiations.
• Identify and manage risk, ensuring program direction remains on track.
• Guide adoption of emerging technologies to drive business value.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing.
