Job summary

Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a Multi-Asset Trade Operations Analyst to oversee post-trade activities, including corporate actions, proxy events, tax services, and reconciliations across asset classes.

The role supports the full investment lifecycle, protects assets, and minimizes operational risk while collaborating with IMD staff and TRS partners. A strong background in investment operations and analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems or closely related field.
• Two years of investment operations, accounting, financial analysis, or related experience may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-trade allocation process incl. corporate actions, proxy events, tax services, and reconciliations across asset classes.
• Manage corporate action lifecycle from announcement through election and posting with audit trails.
• Track proxy voting events, review ballots and deadlines, and coordinate with custodians and proxy agents.
• Support withholding tax processing, tax reclaim packages, and relief-at-source elections.
