HP Inc. is seeking a Managed Service Delivery Project Manager to lead the deployment and transition of managed print environments across multiple towers.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality while coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver contractual outcomes. The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with HP methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Four‑year or Graduate Degree in Business, Project Management—or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience deploying tangible assets and managing orders/site logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployment and transition of managed print environments across multi‑tower programs.
• Coordinate multi‑functional, multi‑vendor teams across print fleet management, software, analytics, and monitoring services.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and financial governance for multi‑tower programs.
• Represent HP to customers and partners, building C‑level and director‑level relationships.
• Develop program governance models, risk mitigation plans, and escalation processes.
• Mentor and develop project managers and tower leads.
