ELEMENT FOOD SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst – MRP Buyer in Hodgkins, IL. The role focuses on replenishment of raw materials, optimizing material flow, and aligning with warehouse capacity and inventory targets to prevent disruptions and reduce costs.

The analyst will use multiple tools, partner with procurement, and provide monthly forecasts and supply-demand indicators to vendors and customers, ensuring production runs smoothly and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Manufacturing related field is highly desirable.
• 2-4 years’ experience in production planning.
• APICS certification strongly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with ERP and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Materials Requirements Plans (MRP) and place orders.
• Coordinate with production planning to ensure service and cost management.
• Track KPIs such as inventory vs goal and SLOB.
• Provide forecasts and supply-demand indicators to vendors monthly.
• Support in new product launches and improve material flow.
