Element-Food-Solutions-LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst – MRP Buyer to coordinate replenishment of raw materials and optimize inventory while considering plant capacity and costs.

You will manage MRPs, place and confirm orders, and provide priority guidance to ensure on-time production. Collaboration with procurement, planning, and production teams is essential for service and cost management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Manufacturing related field is highly desirable.
• 2-4 years’ experience in production planning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong familiarity with ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills with the ability to assess trends and statistical data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, communicate, and publish Materials Requirements Plans (MRP).
• Place orders, confirm deliveries, provide priorities to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with production planning and other departments for business continuity and cost control.
• Track KPIs (Inventory vs goal, service level, downtime, SLOB).
• Attend production/project meetings to drive initiatives and reporting.
• Generate shortage reports and present to planning for production adjustments.
• Participate in new product launches to ensure successful initial production runs.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
