Capilaux Aero is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee the MRO shop in Miami. You will lead inventory control, procurement, and logistics while driving cost efficiency and supplier performance.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain management, with strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills, and a proven ability to optimize end-to-end processes in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in an MRO setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement and logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain software.
• Analytical, organized and collaborative with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels to meet operational requirements while minimizing excess inventory.
• Inventory tracking: Implement tracking systems and conduct audits to maintain accuracy.
• Procurement: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts for cost-effective procurement.
• Supplier relationships: Build strong relationships to support timely delivery and quality.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate movement between suppliers, MRO shop and customers; optimize transport.
• Procurement planning: Analyze and forecast demand to guide procurement decisions.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with teams to strengthen supply chain performance.
• Reporting & analytics: Prepare reports on inventory, supplier performance, and metrics.
