Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a procurement professional to lead MRO sourcing for maintenance across titanium plant operations. The role emphasizes best-value sourcing, supplier negotiations, and adherence to ISO quality standards and SOX controls.

You will manage RFQs, bids, and blanket orders; develop local supply agreements; and drive cost savings while collaborating with Receiving, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• CPM accreditation preferred.
• Minimum: Two–Five years of Purchasing specializing in MRO.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Source MRO materials and services with best-value suppliers.
• Prepare RFQs, analyze proposals, and issue purchase orders.
• Develop local supply agreements and negotiate terms.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage delivery schedules.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and manage inventory reduction.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
