Emery-Oleochemicals-LL is seeking a MRO Purchasing Specialist to secure timely, cost-effective procurement of MRO materials and services for chemical manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Reliability, Safety, Finance, and storeroom teams to optimize inventory, supplier performance, and total cost while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities include managing requisitions to delivery, sourcing for outages and maintenance, and enforcing purchasing

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in purchasing, materials, inventory, or supply chain.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial operations.
• Experience with MRO materials and services and supplier negotiation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to interpret purchase specifications and vendor quotations.

Aufgaben

• Purchase MRO materials, spare parts, consumables, equipment, rentals, and repair services per requisitions and budgets.
• Create, issue, expedite, revise, and close purchase orders with pricing and delivery details.
• Support urgent plant needs by sourcing critical items with proper approvals.
• Coordinate purchasing for preventive maintenance and outages to reduce risk.
• Resolve order discrepancies and supplier invoice issues with internal stakeholders.
• Track supplier performance and manage cross-functional relationships.
