Job summary

Remotely Piloted Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Plans and Schedule Director to oversee MQ-9 maintenance documentation and synchronization with mission flight schedules. The role requires close liaison with Government representatives such as the COR and Maintenance Officer to ensure contract requirements are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliance with GOP and DoD systems.

Qualifications

• Active Secret US Government clearance required; Top Secret eligibility per position; US citizenship required for Top-Secret clearance.
• 15 years of aircraft maintenance experience, 10 years in a supervisory role overseeing workloads and shifts.
• Experience supervising daily flight operations personnel in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains documents of all MQ-9 scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Keeps Site Manager and Maintenance Officer briefed on aircraft/GCS status.
• Plans and coordinates all inspections (special, conditional, phase, etc.).
• Dispatch and monitor tasks and assignments to work centers.
• Ensure aircraft/GCS are available to meet the Flight Schedule with operations.
• Work with DoD maintenance systems such as IMDS and OOMA/NALCOMIS.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Maintain Aircraft/GCS discrepancy books and log actions taken.
• Verify maintenance prior to flights and document flight time discrepancies.
• Train lower-level staff on proper methods and performance.
