PAE Government Services Inc. seeks a Maintenance Control Director to oversee MQ-9 maintenance documentation and ensure timely flight readiness. The role supports ongoing liaison with Government representatives like COR and Maintenance Officer to satisfy contract requirements.

The position involves planning inspections, dispatching tasks, and maintaining logs and discrepancy books, while ensuring compliance with DoD maintenance systems and safety regulations.

Formación

• Active Secret US Government clearance; eligible for Top-Secret clearance.
• Working knowledge of MQ-9 aircraft.
• Shall have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, supervision, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain documents of MQ-9 scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Brief and de-brief pilots; document flight time and maintenance discrepancies.
• Plan and coordinate inspections (special, conditional, phase, etc.).
• Dispatch and monitor tasks to work centers; align with Flight Schedule.
• Ensure readiness of aircraft/GCS to meet the Flight Schedule; coordinate with DoD systems.

Conocimientos

MQ-9 knowledge

Active security clearance

Leadership/ supervision

Educación

Associate degree in engineering, business, logistics, management, math, sciences, or professional aeronautics

High School diploma + 8 years US military requirements
