Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Logistics Integration Manager / SME to directly support the Product Support Manager for the MQ-9 Reaper program at NAS Patuxent River, Maryland. The role focuses on lifecycle sustainment, readiness, and logistics integration across IPS Elements.

The candidate will coordinate with government and industry partners, develop sustainment strategies, and provide expert guidance on readiness, reliability, and life cycle affordability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of DoD aviation logistics experience.
• Experience with NAVAIR or other DoD acquisition organizations.
• Active Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Knowledge of IPS Elements and LCSPs.
• Experience developing sustainment documentation and product support strategies.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Product Support Manager on MQ-9 sustainment activities.
• Develop and maintain LCSPs and product support documentation.
• Coordinate all 12 IPS Elements for sustainment planning.
• Develop implementable product support strategies across the lifecycle.
• Engage with IPTs, OEMs, and government stakeholders.
• Prepare executive briefings and logistics status updates.
