Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education, training, and work experience.
• Experience with Mortgage Servicing or Home Equity preferred.
• Experience delivering technology integration solutions including APIs and web services is desirable.
• Knowledge of ICE MSP products and services preferred.
• Knowledge of SDLC such as Iterative/Agile.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis of goals and needs for ICE Mortgage Servicing Technology.
• Presents findings to manager or project leader.
• Plans and designs business processes to improve systems and efficiency.
• Uses data to resolve business issues effectively.
• Identifies and implements best practices and improvement opportunities.
• May coach less experienced Business Analysts.
