The Army National Guard Units is seeking a Military and Family Readiness Manager (Title 32) in Springfield, IL. You will serve as a State-level technical subject matter expert, advising on readiness and well-being programs for service members and families.

You will oversee program effectiveness, manage budgets, coordinate with state and federal partners, develop strategic plans, and supervise the readiness staff to ensure accreditation standards are met and services reach Soldiers and families

• Qualification requirements are based on the position; no substitution of education for experience.

• Oversee and measure program effectiveness and readiness.
• Develop and implement family readiness programs across the military lifecycle.
• Manage budget aspects of ARNG program execution.
• Coordinate with ANG Wing Airmen and Family Program Managers on budget matters.
• Ensure accreditation/certification and synchronize services with stakeholders.
• Supervise Readiness Support staff and provide staff development.
