Job summary

The State of Maryland, MDH Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking a Mobile Crisis Program Administrator to lead the development and oversight of mobile crisis services across Maryland. The role focuses on program development, regulation, and accountability for a multi-million dollar grant portfolio.

Based in Catonsville, the administrator will monitor program implementation, revise standards of care, and apply best practices in management and clinical services to improve community crisis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, psychology, education, counseling, or related field.
• Six years health services experience; 3 years in addiction-related treatment; 3 years in management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Support jurisdictional development of mobile crisis services across the state.
• Monitor implementation of mobile crisis programs and revise regulations, policies, and standards of care.
• Ensure accountability for grant funds totaling approximately $18 million annually by creating, monitoring, and evaluating program metrics and troubleshooting care delivery challenges.
