Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Chief Architect to lead the design and evolution of the Mission Planning Enterprise architecture. You will ensure software, data, and infrastructure form a cohesive, scalable system aligned with DoD and Air Force standards.

You will drive mission threads, use cases, interface specifications, and architecture conformance, coordinating across vendors and programs to ensure consistent implementation of architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architecture experience on complex software‑intensive systems.
• At least 5 years in DoD C2, mission planning, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of DoD architecture frameworks and technical standards.
• Experience with component configuration management and baselines across multiple environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• An active Secret clearance.
