The candidate will drive continuous improvement, engage operations and engineering teams, and maintain a DoD Secret clearance while guiding programs through gate reviews and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with relevant quality/mission assurance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and critical metric tracking.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor team members to promote professional development.
