Job summary

Calista Brice Mine Services is seeking a Project Development Manager to support the Donlin Gold Project in Alaska. You will coordinate preconstruction planning, estimating, project controls, procurement, and proposal development to ensure cost discipline, schedule readiness, and successful project execution.

The role requires close collaboration with Donlin Gold representatives, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in heavy civil, mining, or EPC/EPCM environments.
• Experience with project development, estimating, controls, procurement, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preconstruction planning and estimating support for the Donlin Gold project.
• Lead project controls, budgeting, cost forecasting, and executive summaries.
• Manage procurement planning, bid packages, and supplier qualifications.
• Prepare schedules, progress tracking, and risk/variance reporting.
• Develop project budgets, cash flow projections, and delivery strategies.
