Job summary

Millex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic national account with approximately $6–7 million in annual revenue. The role oversees manufacturing at the Fitzgerald, GA facility and field installation across North America, becoming the client's trusted expert on sequencing, installation methodology, site conditions, and project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in architectural millwork, commercial casework, custom cabinetry, specialty interiors, or commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Willingness to travel across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Leadership: Serve as the primary operational contact for a major national client.
• Construction & Installation Expertise: Function as Millex's subject matter expert for construction methodology, installation best practices, field conditions, and project execution.
• Production Oversight & Manufacturing Coordination: Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Operations teams at the Fitzgerald manufacturing facility.
• Project Execution: Manage multiple concurrent projects across North America with accountability for schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Site Leadership & Field Operations: Coordinate installation schedules and site logistics with clients, contractors, and field crews.
• Quality Assurance: Champion quality throughout engineering, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and final turnover.
