RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Performance Operational Excellence, Strategic Military Development, to drive efficiency and ensure execution of key initiatives across military development programs at the East Hartford site. You will partner with executives, coordinate cross‑functional plans, and support communications and decision analysis.

The role requires a DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship, with onsite work expectations and a salary range of 132,400–251,600 USD per year.

Formación

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, political science, or a related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace, defense, military programs, or government contracting.
• Or an advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Department of Defense procurement processes, military customer environments, and development/acquisition lifecycles.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to the start date.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with executive and program leadership to develop, communicate, and manage the military development strategic agenda.
• Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of key initiatives to deliver results aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional integration across engineering, program management, operations, supply chain, finance, and government relations.
• Manage organizational IPMT operating rhythms, including meetings, reviews, governance forums, and planning cycles.
• Support senior-level communications and executive reports.
