Knowesis is seeking a Military Medicine Research Program Manager to support the Defense Health Agency's Science and Technology Portfolios. The role involves developing research strategies, roadmaps, and tracking performance against plans for DE/RH related programs, with on-site work at Fort Detrick, MD on a hybrid schedule.

Formación

• Master's degree in life sciences, public health, biomedical sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in research, clinical, or program activities relevant to radiation biology or electromagnetic/acoustic interactions.
• 3+ years in program or project management with planning and reporting responsibilities.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance for Fort Detrick, MD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical details to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to science and technology research strategies and roadmaps delivering capabilities to meet prioritized needs.
• Maintain program management records across classified systems (SIPRNet/JWICS).
• Coordinate with senior DoW and IC stakeholders to identify emerging threats.
• Create and present formal program briefings to senior leaders per Security Classification Guides.
• Build and maintain project plans; track budget, schedule, and performance goals.
• Provide routine status updates to program leadership and flag delays or funding issues.
• Support solicitation and review of research proposals, assessing technical merit and relevance.
• Coordinate with government researchers, partners, and award management team throughout proposal/award processes.
• Support annual budget planning.
• Maintain records of engagements with potential transition partners.
