Responsibilities

• Contribute to science and technology research strategies and roadmaps that deliver capabilities
• Build and maintain project plans, and track budget, schedule, and performance
• Brief leadership on project status, delays or funding issues
• Support solicitation and review of research proposals based on technical merit
• Coordinate with government researchers, partners, and award management
• Support annual budget planning and engagement records with transition partners
• Participate in team collaboration to enhance knowledge sharing and innovation

Education

Master's degree in life sciences, public health, biomedical science, engineering, or a related scientific or technical field

At least five years of experience in research, clinical, or program roles related to trauma care or combat casualty care

At least three years of program or project management experience

Strong writing and speaking skills

Ability to obtain facility access at Fort Detrick, MD

U.S. citizenship
