Job summary

CPMG is seeking a Program Analyst to support WHA/MA leadership with programmatic analysis, policy development, and interagency coordination on migration-related initiatives. The role emphasizes advancing U.S.

migration policy aligned with regional priorities and multi-stakeholder engagement. The candidate should bring strong English writing, analytical skills, and experience in international affairs or NGOs, with Spanish proficiency and the ability to work in a multi-cultural virtual team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as international studies, affairs, or development, or related program.
A graduate degree in international studies or other relevant fields is acceptable in lieu of two years of experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain a broad, deep, and current understanding of migration policy.
Draft and clear briefing memos for senior leadership meetings.
Draft and clear interagency progress reports on migration milestones.
Coordinate with WHA/MA, PRM, INL, and DHS on repatriation arrangements.
Participate in interagency meetings with external stakeholders.
Advise on public messaging to deter illegal migration.
Monitor political, economic, and migration-related developments and provide analyses.
Collate, analyze, and report on interagency information and statistics on migration.
