Job summary

CyberCore Technologies seeks a Microsoft Solutions Architect to lead design, modernization, security, and automation of enterprise on-prem Microsoft infrastructure. This role acts as the technical authority for Windows Server and Active Directory, guiding roadmaps and engineering standards in complex, highly secure environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows Server and AD architecture.
• Experience defining enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead architecture reviews and stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for Microsoft technologies.
• Develop technology roadmaps, modernization strategies, and future-state designs.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical evaluations, and solution design efforts.
• Serve as the primary Microsoft infrastructure SME for planning and engagements.
• Design, implement, and support on-prem Microsoft solutions (AD DS, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP).
• Create architectural documentation, implementation plans, and operational standards.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and modern tooling.
• Lead vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and security initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and mentor teams across disciplines.
