Qualifications
2–3 years of strategic sourcing experience in direct procurement.
Experience managing a minimum of $30–$40 M in annual purchase spend.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Own and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for assigned commodity categories.
Lead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, qualification, and contract negotiations.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms and analyze cost changes.
