Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs and guiding them with self-service options.
• Assist management in supervising associates and ensuring customer service excellence.
• Stock, merchandise, and present the sales floor; process returns and claims according to policy.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, conduct safety checks, and handle hazards per policy.
• Develop processes to meet business needs and improve customer experience.
