Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Houston, TX is seeking a frontline associate to deliver member service, assist with purchases, and promote products and services. You will stock, merchandise, and maintain a safe, organized sales floor while following company policies.

You will also support supervision duties, participate in recruiting and coaching, and help ensure a positive shopping experience for members everywhere. Experience in retail and customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team and supervising experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs.
• Assist with purchases, locate merchandise and guide decisions.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain a safe, clean sales floor.
• Support supervision and coaching of associates; participate in recruiting and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with policies; handle claims, returns, and pricing per guidelines.
