• Experience with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Operate and assist with front-end equipment and self-service technology.
• Maintain checkout area and zone merchandise to ensure a safe, organized store.
• Identify member needs, guide purchasing decisions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions; assist with security and training of associates.
