Job summary

Walmart Fort Worth is seeking a store associate to deliver outstanding member service, assist with stock and merchandising, and support supervisory duties on the sales floor. You will engage customers, guide them to self-service tools, and handle fulfillment and returns as part of daily responsibilities.

You’ll also help supervise teammates, train staff, and participate in scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback while upholding safety policies and the Open Door Policy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 6 months retail experience.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs and guiding them to self-service technology.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, and guiding on service approaches.
• Receive, stock, and merchandise, organize sales floor, and maintain safety and policy compliance.
• Lead teams and participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
• Monitor product rotation, quality, and merchandising standards to ensure a great shopping experience.
