Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Merchandise Planner in Harrisburg, PA to forecast and plan merchandise buys across store locations. You will analyze historical data, forecast sales, and coordinate with the buying team to maintain inventory levels.

Responsibilities include building ladder plans, monitoring inventory in stores and distribution centers, generating reports for the executive team, and partnering with store management to resolve inventory issues. Proficiency with JDA and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of merchandise planning/allocations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends and inventory level on merchandise buys using ladder plans.
• Develop and maintain ladder plans forecasting sales and inventory to support buy plans.
• Review and manage store and distribution center inventory levels; adjust using JDA allocations.
